Duplex Steel Plate

Duplex Steel Plate is a high-performance stainless steel product that combines the strength and hardness of ferritic steel with the corrosion resistance of austenitic steel. Known for its excellent mechanical properties and superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, duplex steel plates are ideal for demanding applications in the oil & gas, petrochemical, marine, and chemical processing industries. These plates are commonly manufactured in grades such as UNS S31803, S32205 (standard duplex), and UNS S32750, S32760 (super duplex), offering high strength-to-weight ratios and excellent weldability. Duplex steel plates also retain good toughness and ductility, even in sub-zero environments, making them suitable for structural and pressure vessel applications that require long-term durability and performance.
